Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to September 21th, 2023, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The Forum and all of its events are offered on a cost-recovery basis and may be cancelled due to adverse events beyond the control of Core or if there is insufficient registration. In the event that a Core-sponsored activity is cancelled, Core cannot be responsible for any cancellation/charge assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels. Core does not provide refunds for registration or personal expenses due to weather or travel related circumstances.
