Re-Engaging Your Patrons and Community Post-Pandemic
Engaging patrons and creating community awareness has always been challenging for libraries. That has deepened during the pandemic and it is naïve to think that as the pandemic subsides library usage and attendance will return to normal without major efforts to encourage a return to the library. This session will explore how libraries can re-engage their communities and residents and provide interactive exercises to determine what actions will be needed to make libraries a key part of their residents lives again. The program will include an emphasis on assessing and building capacity for marketing and engagement activities.
